Venice Eco-Fest

If you live in the Venice Beach area, check out the Venice Eco-Fest set for tomorrow. Sure to be a fun and family-friendly day, the festival will include lots of green living ideas from more than 150 eco-friendly businesses. In addition, Venice Eco-Fest will be a great place for trying out nutritious, organic snacks and vegetarian cuisine! Also, at Venice Eco-fest in Venice Beach, there will be a Kid’s Area for teaching kids all about earth-friendly habits and the importance of conserving water and other natural resources. And, what’s a festival without music? Performers set to perform on the solar-powered sound stage include Kathy Leonardo, The Luminaries and Preeta. Famed environmentalist and actor,Ed Begley, Jr. is also scheduled to attend. If you have any old electronics lurking around your home, Venice Eco-fest will also offer festival-goers the opportunity to recycle their old electronics with a recycling center for electronic waste. Finally, a chance to get rid of those yucky old computer monitors in a environmentally safe and friendly way!
